You can now set up Maintenance Reminders for Slack and Microsoft Teams. This feature helps your team stay prepared for upcoming scheduled maintenance by getting timely alerts before it begins.

We know many users rely on IsDown to track incidents and outages across hundreds of vendors. Now, you can also stay on top of planned maintenance events — no more last-minute surprises or missed windows.

💡 What’s new

In your board settings, you’ll find a Maintenance Reminders section. It gives you complete control over how often and when you’d like to receive alerts:

• No maintenance notifications – turn off alerts completely.

• Only when maintenance is scheduled – get a single notification when a vendor schedules maintenance.

• All reminders – receive all alerts (1 week, 3 days, 1 day, 1 hour before, plus when it starts).

• Custom reminders – choose your own schedule to match your workflow.

Whether you want a gentle heads-up a day in advance or a final notification as maintenance starts, you can now decide exactly how IsDown keeps you informed.
